Tumbl is a swim coaching tool that analyses freestyle technique. This website (tumblswim.com) is our waitlist and marketing site. When we say “we”, “us” or “Tumbl”, we mean the team behind Tumbl.

When you sign up to the waitlist, we collect:

• Whether you identified as a swimmer or a coach (if you chose to tell us)

We also use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool that collects anonymous data about page views, referring websites, countries, and devices. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

• To send you swimming tips, updates, and let you know when Tumbl launches
• To understand whether our audience is mostly swimmers, coaches, or both
• To understand where our website traffic comes from (so we know what's working)

We will never sell your data. We will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your email address and role selection are stored by a third-party email platform based in the United States. Our website is also hosted by a provider based in the United States.

This means your data is transferred outside the United Kingdom for processing and storage. These transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses, which is the legal mechanism approved for international data transfers under UK GDPR.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until Tumbl launches and you either sign up for the app or ask us to remove you. If Tumbl does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Delete your data (we will remove you from the waitlist)
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
